I have banked with Woodforest for over 12 years and one of the main reasons I remain a customer is largely due to the customer service I receive. I once had someone hack my account and tried to make a purchase in Dubai and a representative from the bank called me immediately and stopped the transaction! It was at that moment I knew I was with a bank that cared about me as a person and not just an accountant holder!! My branch is in Sanford, NC and Tanisha and her team are the best representatives ever!!
