I have been using this bank since 2013 and it seems the turnover rate has been very high in all those years. However, It has been nice having a constant presence with Jess and Grace. They are the dynamic duo. Jess always seems to have a smile on her face and she is so kind to us. Grace is breath of fresh air. Every time she sees us, she always engages in the jokes.
