I always have great experiences. I believe that the woman I usually interact with when I have to physically go to the canandaigua branch is named Jess and she is always friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. She always answers all of my questions clearly and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I always recommend WoodForest to anyone who will listen. Highly recommend!

Was told by customer service at Walmart they don’t cash checks because the bank in the store does. Went to them and was told only account holders even though their sign says otherwise.
