I went in today and met new staff. I had heard the new employees were not friendly at all!!!. I had absolutely the best experience there today. They were friendly, happy and very knowledgeable. One gal was new and the other lady training her was patient and helpful. I went in today 3/14/24 and Brencen was filling in for the regular staff. I had an immediate issue that needed resolved and although he wasn’t able to get behind the counter, he made a phone call and got my issue taken care of immediately. They are hardly open and when they are you can't make a deposit or withdrawal cause the one person that is there working can't do that 🤷
I went to get money and could not get money bc she was by herself and could give money.... how much sense does that make. This is not the first time. I get needing 2 people. Schedule 2 people.
