Banked with them for years, and I usually had really great experiences but the last time I tried to deposit my check my employer messed up the printing, the lady helping me was understanding and trying to help me, but I’m assuming her higher up when asked if they could help me somehow said “maybe have him print the checks out right”. Canceled my account the next time I was able to come in. I debating leaving a review but treating folks like that isn’t right. I can’t control what my employer does

It's all great with this bank until you have to use a power of attorney or close an account on a P.O.D. I took my uncle to the Liberty location because he is the P.O.D. on my Dads account, who passed away. Its been 8 days and still can't get the money. In addition, I am a long standing customer, that went in to have a check cashed from a nationwide reputable company and they would not cash it. I just really dont understand that.
