Terrible bank. Go anywhere but here if you need a bank account. I deposited my paycheck froma. Small business and they told me it was a 5 physical day hold because it was a new account and they have never heard of the company I work for. But when I went to leave and saw the receipt for my deposit it said 7 business day hold starting the following day. I have called the district manager about it 2 days in a row and yesterday she said I have to wait from June 19th to June 30th to get my paycheck because there is nothing they c... read more
This bank has the most incompetent employees that I have even seen.
The one in Henderson says they open at a certain time. They don’t get there till that time and make the customers wait. Now I am going to be late for work cause they lie. Here is is 10 mins after opening and no one is waiting on me. They are in the office not helping us. Knowing there is a line. Come on woodforrest do better.update. It’s 19 after and I’m still here. Juanita is very rude every time I come in here.... Never willing to help, never thank you or hello or hi nothing.... Has no customer service and is rude also to other employees..... If she is the one waiting on me I try not to deal with her at all!!!
Love this bank I’ve been banking with them for 5 years! They are always so friendly everyone remembers me by name! Anytime I have any issue they are quick to help! Anytime I’ve had fraud activity on my account they make sure they get it handled ASAP! Heather is absolutely AMAZING!
