The one in Henderson says they open at a certain time. They don’t get there till that time and make the customers wait. Now I am going to be late for work cause they lie. Juanita is very rude every time I come in here.... Never willing to help, never thank you or hello or hi nothing.... Has no customer service and is rude also to other employees..... If she is the one waiting on me I try not to deal with her at all!!!
Love this bank I’ve been banking with them for 5 years! They are always so friendly everyone remembers me by name! Anytime I have any issue they are quick to help! Anytime I’ve had fraud activity on my account they make sure they get it handled ASAP! Heather is absolutely AMAZING!
Very slow service.. always seems to be 2 or 3 people working but only one authorized to do anything... Ridiculous
