Went there with my girlfriend to set up a bank account for me. Andrew the branch manager was super professional, polite, and very informative the whole time he helped us. And was able to answer any questions I had and helped steer me towards the right bank account for me!
The lady’s at the bank are great and so helpful! Ashley is absolutely wonderful and I would choose her to help me out any day!! Thank you Woodforest!
The employee's at my bank are the best,I just brought a bag of coins in and they are counting it by hand so I don't have to use coin star. Keep up the great work guys
The branch manager Andrew Bilbrey is a nice person and helped me out today. The other bank tellers are really nice to.
5 stars isn't enough. Andrew was polite, confident and honest during my visit. He didn't push or make me feel obligated to do more than I came for. The down to earth vibe and knowledgeable service is why I'll be back.
