Since the very first month of my girlfriends account was set up,this guy Brandon at the woodforest bank in Galax,VA. has done nothing but mess up her account at the first of every month and every single time we have to travel to the bank to get it worked out. Hes very unreliable with his information, money has been taken out when he looked us in the eyes and said it would not be touched.
