I have had a business account here for almost 10 years, every time I have to deposit a check it is an ordeal and they treat me like I'm a criminal, the rosewood branch is 1000% better I dread every interaction with this particular branch, I once again could have handled this in 30 seconds with the mobile app but 20 mins later I'm still sitting here regretting walking in here.
