Came in close to closing and Aura was still able to open my account. And she did it with a smile on her face. Thank you Aura and Woodforest for taking my stress away. Now I have secure banking not Cashapp.
The branch manager Aura Barrera was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I recommend seeing her for any of your banking needs.
I’d give it 0 stars if that were possible. The way they handle fraudulent transaction events is so far blow industry standards. You feel just as scammed by their fraud department as you do the scammers.
