The bank manager, Ciji, was AMAZING. She used logic and helped me navigate a difficult ask. I had spoken to 4+ customer service agents at the corporate level for this ask and got rejected everytime i thought i met their requirements. They were being ridiculous. Ciji went above and beyond and helped her client out when she really really needed it. that is AMAZING customer service.
The people there are very friendly and helpful. I was confused and they made everything simple.
