I've been with Woodforest for over 8 years I love them and the customer service is excellent.
Staff was very professional and proficient.
My "Checking/Savings" bank does not offer other savings plans so I've been getting terrible interest rates. CD's here at WNB offer much better rates AND they offer other Savings plans with much higher interest rates. So I moved my money to Woodforest.
I was helped by Tim Dupre in Lancaster SC he was very helpful, and very caring, and he had my account open and funded in less than 45 min of me getting there.. So yeah Five Stars to the Lancaster SC branch.. Tim Dupre and Hobert Massey Thanks for everything it meant a lot..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
