I stopped by to say, and opened an account. The asst branch manager was fantastic and helpful
Either you get there and there is no line or the line is 10 to 15 people long. It's just dumb luck if you get there and there is no line. Friendly, mostly helpful staff. The most helpful thing is the hours. Other banks are closed but Woodforest is open.
