Great bank. Everyone at the BANDERA location is awesome, always super helpful and they know exactly what they’re doing.
Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! The employees here are beyond stupid. They withdraw money from the wrong account. I ordered a pickup for a large amount of twenties only to be told that they never ordered it at all even though I confirmed the order with their manager. Every location in San Antonio will give you upto $20,000 in cash but this place limits you at $10,000 if they don't forget to order it.
