I would like to tell comment about the unprofessionalism of the branch manager jess i went in a few weeks back about a dispute i had on my account showed the proof even allowed her to hear the recording of the employee from the merchant admitting they made the mistake my problem with jess today is when the dispute department made the error of not filing my dispute properly her and I discussed the possibility of it happening and i was doing exactly what she instructed me to do which was come back to we could refile! I appreciate the friendliness of the employees and fast service when doing business whether deposits or other banking needs., I have never experienced any problems in the several years of banking with my branch!
The staff is always pleasant & knowledgable, I’ve been banking with town center location for over a year and have yet to have any issues! “Business as usual” love them!
