Much better than West Walmarts Woodforest Bank. I went out 3 times to get money out and they didn't have the amount that I needed. I also, got the answering machine more than anything and by the time someone answered I was on hold for 46 minutes and then they hung up on me. Went to out East Walmarts Woodforest and then in 15 minutes got everything I needed. Beautiful service.

When I tell you their entire team has been kind, informative, and patient with us as we navigate these unprecedented times, I mean it with everything in me.
