Very disappointed with the service. Recently lost my wallet, with my cards and license inside, and tried to either withdraw or cash a paycheck. I explained this to the clerk who then proceeded to ask for my ID, had to reexplain that it was in the wallet, and got told I couldn’t be helped. Had every alternative form of ID I could find (passport, birth certificate) along with the documents from setting up my account there and still could not be helped.

Adele is the branch manager and she is the best. Adele is very nice, helpful. Over all everyone at the Montgomery location is nice.😊
