This bank is great. Winter the manager is very welcoming and respectful and treats her customers fantastically. They are never crowded and they are always very helpful. I STRONGLY recommend this branch from Woodforest. :)
I just will say make sure if you use their atm 🏧 you count your money right there and if it’s incorrect let them know. Because weeks ago I had withdrawn 800. Until I left and counted it and it was 540. So when I put in a dispute. With them and my bank. I’m thinking okay it’s resolved. Bank credited my account. And then wks later they reversed the credit. Stating nothing was off with there machine lmao. So basically the $260 they didn’t give me. They kept. Mind you I make 2,500 every wk. so i aint mad about it. They just tra... read more
