I have been banking with them for a while and every time I go in there or call, everyone is so friendly and polite. I also never had to wait, they are fast. I love going to that bank
I would like to praise the manger DeWyane and his assistant John, and the the tellers Teyerra and Sarah. That work at this Woodforest. These people are so wonderful and nice they treat me so well I will continue to do business with you guys keep up the good work!!!!!
I got very bad news that someone was trying to take money from my card when I got the notice I went into the bank to get a bank teller to help me through this and Ms. Sarah Penn helped me through it all and explained everything to very good so I could understand what was going on and what all was done on down to help getting me a new card I really appreciated her help w this very bad problem she did very good professionally work to get my problem settled for me and I really thank Ms. Sarah Penn for her help very much.
