I've banked with several different banks in this area and none compare to woodforest. I've been banking with them for almost 6 years and don't have any complaints. Any time I've had a problem they've went out of their way to fix it.
This bank is good in several ways, but the one major way, service, they totally drop the ball. As long as you are putting your money in and paying all their fees, all is well. As soon as a problem occurs, on their end, they take their sweet time and act as if they could care less. I'll be shopping around for a new bank. Someone who will give good service in exchange for my business.
