Huge mistake changing over to Wood Forest bank in Tyler on Hwy 64 West. Deposited check for personal loan, told 10 day hold and waiting for bank verification that was sent electronically. I requested Brittany (Branch Manager) to call bank to verify, she said some banks want do over the phone verification. Brittany- You don't know until you try, customer service skills need much improvement. Meanwhile, much needed prescriptions waiting for me at Walgreens are on hold.
