I was very pleased with my service today. I went into Walmart to cash a check before shopping, and wasn’t aware of the check cashing limitations. So they weren’t able to help me. Wesley patiently waited on me and offered to help me over at the bank. He was thorough and efficient in his work. He took care of my needs and then some! Wonderful experience. Tried cashing a check at customer service at Walmart and they were stuck on something but the Maame assisted me with cashing the check and I even opened a new account with Woodforest. They were so helpful and answered every question and concern I had throughly. Bye bye chime!
