MORGAN AND KATHY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL THANKS
After working late, I frantically arrived at Woodforest 10 minutes before closing. Morgan helped me renew my expired business debit cards! This led to questions about Billpay and then further questions about older payment history…. All of which Morgan was able to explain to me CLEARLY!! Even though it was closing time she patiently and gladly answered my questions and invited me to their kiosk to assist me in a transaction!!!
