I was very happy to sign up with Wood Forest today. Maria Garza was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Thank you for hiring employees like her, she was a real Blessing. I think I’m going to like banking here.
I received great service from Leah at this branch who was able to get me a debit card replacement so very quickly! I have kiddos and am rarely alone so I always hesitate to stop thinking it will take some time and when I asked her how long it takes to receive a new card she said "I will get it for you right now!". Very inviting and speedy with service. We love our local bank and everyone who works in it!
Leah Leshick provided outstanding service and made the entire account opening process smooth and stress-free. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend working with her!
