very friendly staff who now call me by my first name. I like that as it makes me feel more like family than just a customer.
I’ve been with Woodforest for many years and this is my favorite branch. Not my closest but definitely my favorite. I’ll go to nearby restaurants in order to stop by this branch. The Joshuas are very personable and friendly.
I really like this branch location of Woodforest. Their customer service is top notch and they consistently greet you with a smile, eagerness to asist, and diligence to successfully complete the task. Whether I'm in the lobby or drive-through, they address me by my name prior to any transaction. Everyone is very polite, prompt, and professional, especially Joshua, Tristan, and Amy. We enjoy banking with Christi (even though she moved branches) and teller Joshua! My only feedback is to encourage the management to answer their phone with a human right away like the branch down the road!!
