Great customer service! Fast and friendly!
Terrible bank. From basic banking to handling disputes, the service is horrible. You can’t even do Zelle transactions. It feels more like a private, restrictive bank than a real one. Save yourself the headache, go with a major bank like Bank of America or Chase, and you won’t have these issues.
