This branch is amazing! Tiara and Veronica have helped me many times. We all chat about how Woodforest should open up an in-store location inside the Kroger on 105 Montgomery. I love Woodforest!!!!

Used to come here everyday, new employees need coaching and more friendly service, going to take my business across the street branch manager and assistant managers are awesome as well as the Hispanic lady’s, new employees made me feel quitting on this branch
Leah is amazing. I had a very confusing problem happen to my card, and another banker was very unhelpful and dismissive to me. Leah overheard the situation and helped me instead. For over an hour, she was so patient and kind. She went above and beyond, and I appreciated it so much. She is genuinely the most helpful banker I have ever encountered, and she’s consistent each and every time. Thank you so much !
