Leah is amazing. I had a very confusing problem happen to my card, and another banker was very unhelpful and dismissive to me. Leah overheard the situation and helped me instead. For over an hour, she was so patient and kind. She went above and beyond, and I appreciated it so much. She is genuinely the most helpful banker I have ever encountered, and she’s consistent each and every time. Thank you so much !
