I love Dante Nelson and Manuela Gallego, great customer service
Today I opened an account and tiara was so helpful. I love woodforest so much already.
I had a great experience at Woodforest Bank. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. The service was fast, and they were very attentive throughout the entire process. Honestly, they were so friendly and helpful that it almost didn’t feel like I was at a bank! Great customer service and a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location!
I love Woodforest. The staff Tiara ,Danle’ and Sierra were very helpful on my wiring transaction!
Excellent service and assistance from Dante setting up new Zelle services with my accounts. He was eager to assist and knew just what to have me do. I was ready to go in minutes. Some of the best customer service I've seen anywhere of late.
