Bank manager truly doesn't care about her customers, nor her employees. She sits in her phone in the back of the branch taking selfies most of the time while pontificating endlessly about herself. No one that self-absorbed should be in customer service. It is an absolute disgrace to the company that she even continues to hold this sort of position within their staffing. Utterly disgusting.
The young dark haired girl has an attitude problem. 2 different times I went in for something and she had an attitude. Today she rolled her eyes at me because she did not give me back my change and got mad. The guy who runs the place is great though. I do not recommend banking here. They never answer the phone and if it is something important you wait forever for a return call. If i knew her name I would report her.
