Very odd behavior at this bank. Went to get a money order and it took awfully long. Only to find out they were getting my information into their system because I don't bank there? Then they ask for my social? To make a cash money order? Since when? Then the clerk "Danny" was oddly disrespectfully non-chalant when I asked "why didn't he tell me he needed all that info before I started the purchase? Today I went into the branch inside of Walmart here in McKinney, Tx. I was immediately greeted by the Assistant Branch Manager Terri Lumsden. I had a challenging issue I was facing and she was extremely kind, patient, attentive as well as knowledgeable. She assisted me by providing a solution to my needs. She’s very personable and kind.
