Joy Chatham and Teri Lumsden were very much helpful to me and helped me open up my account with the bank. They were very through and so efficient. They are a great team and asset to WoodForst National bank.
I went there a few months ago and the customer service was excellent. Joy was such a pleasure to work with.
Today I went into the branch inside of Walmart here in McKinney, Tx. I was immediately greeted by the Assistant Branch Manager Terri Lumsden. I had a challenging issue I was facing and she was extremely kind, patient, attentive as well as knowledgeable. She assisted me by providing a solution to my needs. She’s very personable and kind.
