I had an incredible experience with Mark! He was knowledgeable, kind, and personable, and he made the process of opening a new account easy and enjoyable. In my opinion, Mark is a top-notch employee, and I highly recommend him for all your banking needs!
They never have cash, they don’t cash checks over $5000, went to 2 different locations they both said the same thing “we don’t have money” they give me a phone number to call that only lets you leave a voicemail and they will call you back or so they say, I have this check since Friday and haven’t been able to cash it yet, if you bank here and you ever need to get your money out, yo probably going to have problems because they don’t carry cash apparently
The Gang at this branch are fabulous. Mark, Avery and Matthew always take time with a smile on their face. Always offer suggestions. Polite to the seniors. Love this bank.
