People at this Branch are the only reason I still Bank with Woodforest. I live right beside the Matthews branch but I only go to the Indian Trail branch, because people in Matthews really rude and get on my nerves. People who never smile and are very dry and sometimes slightly rude, besides the manager. As a Bank, Woodforest really suck, if you want personal Loans, or car loans. If wasn't for the type of care the the Indian Trail people gives us and always with a smile and good sense of humor, I would have my accounts closed... read more
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I have banked with them for many years and have yet to have a negative experience. I consider all of them friends and I have learned much about banking safety from them.
As a new member, my experience with them so far has been impeccable. They are truly about customer service and I am so grateful for the amazing staff at this location.
The tellers there are Awesome, close as best friends. I always enjoy my experience each time I come, and I absolutely go twice a month. They always show so much Care.
