They need a new manager ASAP. I tried to bring some of my students to open an account and he(the short white guy) told me come back another day because they already had a long day. Like who the heck does that. But it's okay I politely took them right on over to PNC. And everytime I go in there he always has an attitude complaining about his job like okay we get it you don't like your job but I don't want to hear that every time I come in there. Can you just pretend to be happy or have a positive encounter at least once.
