Justine is the best manager; he's patient and provides excellent customer service. This is what makes a customer happy and want to return. Justine great, don't change for anyone because you will bring the customer your way for sure!!!! I will recommend Woodforest to anyone who is looking for a good bank.
I would give ten stars if I could. Manager Justine has amazing customer service; it's very rare to see such an awesome manager. When you have a good manager, the rest of the team follows their example. He took time out to help us even when it was almost closing time, which was a blessing because I needed my check cashed. He didn't rush us, explained everything thoroughly, and kept it interesting with his great sense of humor. I could have stayed to talk all night. He explained everything clearly and made me feel genuinely welcome.
