This is the worst banks I’ve ever used in my life. If you want great customer service but A truly awful banking experience, go to Woodforest national Bank. I would not send my worst enemy to Woodforest. Again, Customer Service is exceptionally good but their banking strategies and Business model is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. A little slow!
Have called three times and no one will pick up would be nice to no if bank was closed before time
Just went into the Apex, NC branch and was told by a blonde headed lady that the check I was depositing will have a hold on it even thou I had money in my account to cover it?! I stated that my usual branch had been the one in Mocksville, NC and that I had never had this to be an issue before and would she look at the account and she would see large deposits throughout my history of banking with Woodforest National Bank.
