This was one of the best experiences. Ms. Thalia Oliver has the best customer service. She was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and a therapist. I would most definitely recommend this branch. The customer service she provided made the fees worth it!!!!

I recently opened up account at Woodforest Bank, Thalia was an amazing representative very formative and knowledgeable of their products, she was professional and kind, she also went above beyond to help me open up a checking account. I Definitely recommend this Walmart Woodforest location, stop by and say hi to Thalia and Moriah when you time, these ladies are starting employees. P.S don't forget to open a checking account.
