Woodforest closed my account. They stated that my account had fraudulent activity. That's NOT true. As I'm the only one that has access to my account and cashapp account the manager at the location in Walmart on Washington Ave ex was unprofessional.

It has been a pleasure doing business with WoodForest. They are open on holidays when most banks are closed. I received great service and support today, on MLK day, by Eve and Justin at the Washington Ave Ext branch, located in Albany, NY
One of the best tools they have is the online banking plus I love that I could do direct deposit on my accounts plus I could use the western union right through my app plus once you set up an account you get your debit card 💳 right on the spot plus they was so fast opening my account.
