Today I had a great experience at the bank thanks to Monyay. She was warm, patient, and explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was super easy to understand. The whole process was quick and smooth, and she just went above and beyond. Honestly, one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Five stars, for sure.
This morning Janice was a big help. I came in with a problem and she was so polite and helpful. That really was a good start to my day thank you again Janice!!!
