I’ve been sitting at the N Salisbury branch for over an hour waiting for upper managers to approve my application and the approval was already received by the tellers. They were patient and very knowledgeable about the process and continued to apologize about my wait. Whoever is in upper management needs to reevaluate their procedures. If it wasn’t for the tellers I probably would’ve went to another bank.
