I am a general manager and I bring my deposits in not as much as I used used because I always get the worst customer service I try and go to other Woodforest in other locations to avoid from coming to this wood forest on McCart no one smiles and they always put me to the back of the line to help other people you would thing that being that I have a business acct they would put me at the front of the line I really wish that we could switch banks the professionalism is horrible
My personal experience here has been amazing every worker here is so kind
Elsa, Jennifer Bridgette and Maria are all so professional and kind, it's because of these ladies that make my trip to Woodforest bank exciting and rewarding
It was great, they were nice. Super fast and helped me with ease. 10/10 would do it again.
