Haven't had a major issue with them but only a few mistakes, but the manager there is very helpful. I like this bank and the location here better because they are there for you. Unlike the one in conover, but I can go to this one and feel at ease. Sometimes the wait takes a bit longer but once they get to you. Your done faster than you waited.
