Jaylen from Gurnee branch and his staffs always greets me whenever I do any transaction there customer service are well beyond my needs . I also love their customer services. Keep pushing guys 💕💕😊
They always delay 10 days of my deposits, and when I deposit checks from new clients, I don't think this is a good bank if you have a business account
