Poor customer service unfriendly management. One teller is great too bad management does not take her lead.
Came in for assistance thinking it was a different bank (I just moved to the area) and I was helped by two amazing individuals, by Lorna and Savannah. They treated me like I was one of their customers even after I leaned I didn't bank with them. Will definitely be going back. Ask for one of these two if you can!
