I visited this bank and I honestly had a really good experience. There was a employee named Dalia that was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.
My wife loves it here, so I decided to open an account. Fabian at the Highway 6 branch is super friendly; great customer service!
My check got a little wrinkled on one of the corners from being in my purse. The teller really felt the need to tell me not to have the check wrinkled next time, as if I did it on purpose. Was I supposed to iron it out before bringing it?? The comment was super unnecessary. The customer service at this location has been terrible on several occasions and it’s unfortunately the only one within 30 miles from me. Will definitely be closing this account soon, not worth the hassle.
