In 2020 someone got into my account. I took a copy of the fake check to Woodforest. The manager took one look at and knew it wasn't mine. Within 1 week, they had my money back in my account plus the interest it would have made. Yay Woodforest!
The customer service was outstanding very friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Every question I had was answered with care, and the whole experience felt welcoming and professional.
