Today 10-9-2025 I was taking care of some business at Branch #0113 and I had such a pleasant encounter with both Melissa and Riza. Both of these young ladies had very lovely smiles. They also gave very great customer service skills. I appreciate doing business business at this Woodforest national Bank.
I greatly appreciate Mrs.Thea. she was amazing and very helpful and informative the entire time. She is even helping me start an account for my daughter. So glad to be back to Woodforest.
