Robert was very helpful and patient in explaining the process for a rather large deposit and how to get a cashiers check.
I have been banking with Woodforest for over 10 years and I have to say they have one of the best customer service at this location. They don't charge a lot of ridiculous overdraft fees on pending charges. They dont hold cashier checks and money orders for 7 days like the other major banks and their hours are longer than other major banks. I would definitely recommend for someone who doesn't mind going into the bank. The only con is that they dont have a drive-thru.
