Travis, the branch manager, went above and beyond for me. In general i always have a positive experience with Woodforest, much more than my past experience with with Wells flFarco and BOA. Keep on keepin on!
Worst experience. I just wanted a money order in Walmart, they opened an account in my name saying that I would get a free money order and they withdrew money from my chase debit card as a cash advance. I was charged 90$ for this which was a rip off. The lady who was there was very rude when I went there later to enquire about this.
My experience as a customer was phenomenal. The retail banker ( Will Scott) was exceptional, knowledgeable and rewarding. Thank you Woodforest for my best banking experience.
I came to the Bank to cash a check getting money from MY CHECKING ACCOUNT and I had to wait 35 minutes to get approval from a bank associate (TRAVIS STRAYHORNE) not at that location. There were 4 bank associates at the bank. The money was coming from my personal checking account and still had a substantial balance remaining after I cashed the check . I stood at the teller window looking like a statue for 35 minutes. Teller Alonda Anderson apologized at least five times. Yet she could not cash my check with money coming from ... read more
Just wanted to say that the customer service was outstanding and Ciera was God send. She did an excellent job helping me while I was there!!!! Woodforest member for life thanks to her!!!! Keep up the amazing service!!
