I went to the branch to close my account. Spoke with an individual who said she was the manager and there was nothing to worry about, the account would be closed in 48 hours. Two weeks later, I'm still trying just to get them to close the account. There is a zero balance and no reason it should remain open at this point. Customer service says it will be closed in 48 hours. It is still open and I'm trying to get them to simply close the account. Don't bank here. Bank anywhere else but here.
