Unfriendly staff, not helpful.
Worst experience. I just wanted a money order in Walmart, they opened an account in my name saying that I would get a free money order and they withdrew money from my chase debit card as a cash advance. I was charged 90$ for this which was a rip off. The lady who was there was very rude when I went there later to enquire about this.

Ms. Tina was so knowledgeable and so friendly! It was one of the best experiences I have had at Woodforest. She made me feel valued and listened to my needs.
Tina helped me today at the bank, she made me feel very welcomed, she was really nice and sweet.
