Alexis is the best at customer service, and I've never had any banking issues thusfar.
I just opened a business and personal account with Woodforest at this location. Words cant express how professional and kind Malalai Karzai (Branch Manager) was. All the tellers were kind and knowledgeable as well. I was shocked when they gave me my debit cards the same day, you don't have to wait for them to come in the mail. Also this bank closes at 6:00pm, go figure... Just a excellent experience.
Eldin at the Chattanooga Plaza location was great to work with. Very professional, and courteous. After a disappointing and frustrating visit to the Hancock Village location, it was wonderful to have someone address my concerns and process my transactions without any issues.
