Always excellent service
I have had nothing but excellent customer service since I started banking here. The staff is wonderful and always ready to help. They are so nice I'll even stop to say hi even if I'm not banking that day.
Samara Johnson is a poor excuse for a manager. Today she showed up without a name badge ( so not knowing who she was from any other human on the earth) so I told her she likely couldn't help me ( only a new employee doesn't have a name badge).. Depositing a business check . She gave me attitude and told me she was a manager. ( without the name badge mind you...)did everything except snap her fingers at me in poor posture and then told me she didn't have to help me , didn't need my busines's and was not going to help me. Bad customer service. Wouldn't even give me change, because I didn't have an account with them. I've been getting change from them for months! I have a small business & need to make change a lot. They didn't even try & tell me about their accounts & services. Just said 'we don't give change anymore.' Won't be going there ever again!
