This place sent my daughter through the mud and back when someone made an unauthorized purchase on her card. They made her fill out documents over and over again and still wanted to blame her. They never returned her money back. This bank does NOT care for their consumers!
Very short and snappy staff. They just cleaned house and there is an entire new staff that has already proven untrustworthy. There was an error made in my husbands account and instead of immediately fixing THEIR mistake now my husband owes back over $1000 for THEIR mistake. Train your people better. Be better. Do better. Disgusted.
