I live nowhere near any of these branches, yet somehow someone stole my identity and used it to open an account. I have tried countless times to get the issue resolved, since it is preventing me from conducting normal banking business in my day-to-day life, but they are totally useless and inept at handling this situation, even going as far as accusing me of making this up to get out of paying for bad checks someone wrote using my identity fraudulently.
Banking with them fir years they are the best
Worse bank ever. Make transactions extremely difficult. I waited over a half hour to cash a 500 check because no one had the authority to approve that amount. The final straw..went in to cash check and they refused because I never had a check from that person. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never bank there again
Staff provides great services and are well knowledgeable in their provided roles
