Been at this bank for 10 years plus! I’ve always had good experiences and everyone is always friendly! I do not plan on changing banks any time soon.
Karissa from Streetsboro was the best! She made me a debt card, and was able to help me figure out how to activate my online banking in just a few minutes!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my son. He opened his account Friday at the Streetsboro branch. He was leary, that his funds wouldn’t be available due to his old account. However, Clarissa assured him that everything was token care of. She even done a follow up call today. Thank you so much Clarissa🙌🙌 He is at work and asked me post for him.
