The Rockford branch really changed my opinion on Woodforest. This branch is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. When I tried to close my accounts the teller named Sam argued with me and tried to push me to keep my accounts. While I understand this can hurt numbers I should not be belittled and feel as though it’s not an option. My accounts were suppose to be closed a week ago and my checking is still open. While my paycheck and a refund has came through that time it should have been closed before money got back into it... read more
